Great Results For Vipal VM540

Continuing our tyre testing on Scania 8 wheeler front load garbage truck using Vipal VM540 retread. Maintenance as always was conducted through the Bears Tyre Tracker. The retread has proved to be a cost saving product for the client versus previous testing of Joyall and Michelin brand new tyres.

Servicing through the Bears Tyres tracker (rotation schedules) resulted in a return of 1.4 CPK. Tyres travelled a total of 26285km. This is an improvement of the previous best which was 1.6 CPK. We can also claim that less maintenance was required on the recap against the new tyres which helped in achieving this great result.

QUALITY RETREADS WORK!!!

We have now begun our latest testing on this vehicle using the AUSTONE AC901 Urban Tyre on all axles. This will be a very interesting test against all previous products used. Watch this space….

Through proper tyre maintenance the final result picture shows FULL use of product across all 8 tyres that were in service. By simply using the Bears Tyre Tracker management program you will get FULL BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!
